About Chantelle

Registered Psychologist

Whether you are commencing therapy for the first time or it is something you have undertaken before, I am understanding of how overwhelming the first steps can be.

I am a gentle and nurturing Psychologist and enjoy connecting with young adults. I have worked across a variety of sectors treating many psychological presentations, however in recent years have developed a strong interest in providing psychological support to women. I feel passionately about working with you to navigate through many of life's challenges and helping you regain a sense of control.

I have a strong passion in working with a range of anxiety & adjustment disorders, life transitions & providing emotional support to manage the psychological impact of women's health conditions. As a credentialed eating disorder clinician I also have an interest in areas of disordered eating and associated challenges.

Outside of the therapy space you will find me spending time with my family, cooking and travelling.

My approach to therapy is relaxed and laid back. I like to create a compassionate space that allows you to feel comfortable and safe. I want you to feel heard and understood so you can explore your feelings at your own pace. I enjoy working in a holistic and client centred way by recognising the importance of you as a person & the many factors influencing your life. Your individual needs, experiences and values are a meaningful component in my approach to therapy.
